Underwhelming stay.
the location was acceptable since it was close to the beach.
This meant i had a view of cranes and heard constant noise. the hotel failed to inform me about these works before my arrival. The only notice was a letter of apology in my room. i think at least a small discount should have been applied.

Underwhelming stay
musty odor broken safe
My stay wasn't what I expected. The room felt old. The safe did not work. Plus, there was a musty odor. It wasn't what I would expect. I got a lemongrass scent to help, but it didn't last long (just a day).

complete buffet kept gardens
the buffet breakfast was really complete. i liked i had a lot of choices and a cook prepared fresh food. the gardens were pretty. the hotel grounds were kept well. i also really enjoyed the swimming pool it was large.
the gym equipment was somewhat old.

The Junior Suite offers ocean views and a private balcony, but stepping directly onto the beach from the balcony is not available. Can I find a beachfront villa available for booking? I don't see that option listed.
